Melissa Silverstein is the founder and editor of the blog, Women and Hollywood, which is now in it’s 7th year. Melissa recently launched her own podcast under the same name. She is a journalist and the author of In Her Voice: Women Directors Talk Directing.
Filmmaker and founder of pUNK Films Ingrid Veninger (I Am a Good Person, I Am a Bad Person; The Animal Project) . We met at the Toronto International Film Festival. Ingrid discusses her personal life and becoming a filmmaker. She is very involved in the filmmaking scene in her home town of Toronto and also a filmmaker activist around the subject of women making films. Ingrid is currently working on two new film projects both expected to be completed in 2015.
