Wreck-It Ralph Screening on September 3

**Wreck-It Ralph has been rescheduled to Tuesday, September 3**

This screening is completely free and open to the public.

This eight-week series aims to promote a #ConeyComeback after the devastating effects of Superstorm Sandy, and to foster community arts and entertainment in the iconic Brooklyn neighborhood. Wreck-it Ralph revolves around the lives of arcade game characters and the secret microcosmic world they inhabit, and seems fitting for a screening amidst the boardwalk arcades of Coney Island. We invite you to enjoy this fun  family-friendly watch in the beautiful outdoors!

Wreck-it Ralph is the resident villain of his arcade game, each day forced to knock down the high-rise building the town’s residents reside in and to retreat at the arcade’s closing time into his home in the town dump offscreen. Fix-It Felix, his heroic counterpart, magically fixes Ralph’s wrongdoings with his enchanted hammer that repairs any damage. Things get interesting when Ralph decides he’s destined to be a hero as well, even if it means he has to leave his game and risk his and everyone else’s safety. The film boasts the vocal talents of such stars as John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer and Jane Lynch.
