UnionDocs Center for Documentary Art is hosting a summer intensive course for aspiring documentary filmmakers. It is a five week program that features screenings, seminar discussions, production instruction, professional development sessions, critique, guest artist master classes, and weekly visits to relevant sites around New York City. Throughout the intensive process artists will be able to develop their ideas in a safe environment and get support to help overcome issues and learn technical skills. Previous work in documentary is not required but a strong background in creative activities is encouraged.
Apply by March 2nd to meet the early bird (NO FEE) deadline! Regular Deadline is March 16th.
